My room was super clean. Check-in and check-out were flawless processes. The staff were wonderful to interact with, very helpful and efficient.

The air conditioning made noise. My overnight stay sounded more like an overnight flight. The noise was coming from units on the flat roof right outside my bedroom window.

The staff was cute. And they were very helpful with directions. i also appreciated the super clean room. the beds were very comfortable, and i slept soundly after a long day.

the air conditioning was not working properly in my room. it kept displaying an error message. it could have been addressed sooner.

the staff was friendly, i guess that met my expectations. it was acceptable, like a participation trophy.

the room was not exactly what i would call clean. i found some hairs in the bathroom sink and the floor was to have not been hoovered. its like they only made the bed and called it a day.
